Great, great choice!!!! As uncanny as 'as'.....
Also very much enjoyed Bob Black's choice of Antoine's work juxtaposed next to Francis Bacon. Yup!!!

Excellent and not an easy choice, which means even more excellent. By far the most "to the point" pair of images, beyond the mere obviousness of many other participations. Congrats to all but above all to those who had this great idea of the contest. Really exciting!

I'd like to suggest a Magnum group feature on the topic of art appreciation. There are so many lovely, thoughtful, and humorous photos done on this topic. Of course Elliot's are classics, but I have seen lovely ones by Hurn and and a Greek one by Manos. I imagine that it's a beloved topics and maybe would even a great book. Wouldn't it be great if people could assemble their own books (at a set page count and fee) out of the Magnum archive (at least the photos that are older and not especially active) and get them published through blurb? cheers
