We've just put together an audio-visual slideshow of my 'Black Country Stories' work, which mixes stills, short video clips and a 'soundscape' featuring the names of make-up colours found in the beauty salons and tattooists parlours across the region, in central England. A twenty-eight page, A3 'magazine' of 'Mark Power's Black Country Stories', is available exclusively through Multistory (who commissioned of the project). For details click here. My 'Black Country Stories' exhibition is nearly ready. The pictures are on the walls, the video screens installed and working, the sound done and dusted. I'm happy.

So if you find yourself in the Black Country this evening, kicking your heels for something to do, then pop along to the New Art Gallery in Walsall to say hello and have a look.
